Meat Salad with Mushrooms
Ingredients:
meat – 100 g
potatoes – 1 pc.
champignons – 100 g
canned green peas – 200 g
leek – 50 g
garlic – 1 clove
1/2 juice of lemon
mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. spoons
salt, pepper and herbs – to taste
Cooking:
1. Boil meats, mushrooms and potatoes until cooked.
2. Cut leek into rings; Dice meat, mushrooms and vegetables.
3. Add peas, spices, chopped greens and mix.
4. Mix mayonnaise with crushed garlic, lemon juice and season the salad with mushrooms with the resulting sauce.
