Lentils with mushrooms

You will need:

lentils 1 cup
champignons 200-300 g
1-2 onions
1-2 cloves of garlic
1-2 carrots
freshly ground pepper
parsley or dill
cooking oil for frying
How to cook:

Wash the lentils, put in a saucepan and cover with 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, remove the foam, salt and cook for another 20 minutes, until the lentils are soft. But at the same time she still has to keep her form. If you suddenly stayed after cooking liquid, just pour it.

Finely chop the onion, garlic, rub the carrot and cut the mushrooms into medium sized slices. On a heated pan in vegetable oil, fry the onion and garlic until soft, then add the carrots and a little later – the mushrooms. Fry all together, stirring until vegetables are ready.

Add lentils to vegetables, mix well and hold for about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
