Lemon Casserole – A Step-by-Step Recipe with Photos

Prepare all the ingredients. Butter butter beforehand and soften at room temperature.

Combine butter and sugar. Beat up.

Separate the yolks from the whites and add one by one to the whipped butter.

Add ricotta.

Beat slightly until smooth and add the flour, the zest of one lemon and the juice of half a lemon.

Stir. In a separate bowl, whip the whites with salt until resistant peaks and parts add to the dough.

Each time, mix the dough gently with a spatula or spoon from top to bottom. Grease a baking dish with butter and place the ready dough. Flatten the top and send to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
