I do not really like chicken legs, but these are just amazingly tasty.
The whole secret is in the sauce.
Try it, you will not regret!
Wash chicken legs, towel dry and fry quickly in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown. In the same pan fry coarsely chopped onions and carrots. Place the vegetables in any convenient dish (form, frying pan), put a rim on top and pour all over with a specially prepared sauce.
mix 40 g of orange and 20 g of lemon juice, 20 g of honey; ready mustard, chopped garlic, ground black pepper, salt – all to taste. The resulting sweet and sour mixture to water the legs.
Bake in the oven for 40-60 minutes.
