Grilled Salmon with Curry Salad

To prepare this amazing dish, you will need:

Fillet of fresh Norwegian salmon with skin – 800 g
potatoes – 400 g
Capers – 100 ml
Freshly squeezed lemon juice – 3 tbsp.
Raisin – 100 ml
Olive oil – 3 tbsp.
Apple – 1 pc.
Curry – 2 tsp.
Wine Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Leek – 200 g
Fresh Salad Leaves
Goat cheese – 200 g
Olive oil – 3 tbsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
First we need to prepare Norwegian salmon for cooking. Rub the fillet with salt and grill for 3 minutes on each side.
Boil potatoes and cut into slices. Mix capers, lemon juice, raisins and olive oil in a small saucepan and simmer. Put the mixture in a blender and whisk until smooth. Season with pepper and salt. If you want, you can add some more lemon juice. Slice the apple and fry in olive oil with dry curry for one minute. Add wine vinegar and remove from heat. Pour the mixture with potatoes and mix well. Add onions, lettuce and goat cheese. Gently mix and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Our dish is almost ready. Fields of fish sauce of raisins and capers, add potato side dish – and you can serve. Enjoy your meal!
