Fried Cabbage Pies – Ingredients:

To make dough for fried pies, you will need:

300 ml of milk,
3 cups flour,
1 egg,
30 grams of fresh yeast,
1 tbsp. spoon of sugar
2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil,
a pinch of salt,
for the filling you will need:

1 medium head of cabbage,
1 sour juicy apple
2 bulbs,
1 teaspoon tomato paste,
1 bay leaf,
1 tbsp. spoon of sugar
salt to taste
vegetable oil.
Fried cabbage patties – cooking:

Prepare the dough for fried yeast pies. Combine yeast with sugar in a kneading dish. They should be liquid, then add warm milk, egg, salt, sifted flour and vegetable oil.
Knead the dough. Cover the dough with a napkin and place in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours to fit.
