Prepare very quickly, very tasty!
Water – 100 ml
Tomato juice (if there is no juice – it does not matter, you can use 200 ml of water and 1.5 tablespoons of good tomato paste) – 100 ml
Vegetable oil (can be olive) – 2 tbsp. l
Flour – 200 g
Cheese – 150 g
Chicken (smoked, boiled, any. No chicken, you can use sesame 2 tbsp.) – 100 g
Butter – 30 g
And now everything is simple! In a saucepan, heat the water with tomato juice and vegetable oil until boiling. Add a pinch of salt and pour in the flour. Quickly mix with a spoon.
Take the dough in hand (it is hot – carefully !!) and knead. We form a ball out of dough, cover it with a towel and cool it (for speed, I carried it out on the porch – I didn’t have time).
While the dough cools down, rub cheese. You can mix it with chopped chicken.
The cooled dough is divided into 10 parts. Each piece roll into a ball.
Roll out onto a floured table thinly (2-3 mm).
On a very well warmed dry frying pan put our tortilla. Fry on fire above average seconds 50.
Turn the cake.
We spread not her stuffing. If you have a chicken-free stuffing, sprinkle with sesame cheese.
As soon as the cheese begins to melt, roll the cake in half.
Fry on each side another 20 seconds.
Spread the cake on a plate and grease it with butter.
Flapjacks are delicious and hot, and warm and cold!
