Tilapia or carp fillet – 3 pcs
Potato – 2 pcs
Coriander (leaves) – 2-3 tablespoons
Green chili pepper – 1 pc
Salt and dry mustard to taste
Pinch of cumin
Egg – 2 pcs
Boil fish and potatoes (separately). Make mashed potatoes.
Mix the fish, mashed potatoes, finely chopped onion, coriander, chopped chili pepper, salt and mustard, cumin and 1 egg.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and make small patties.
