-Fish 400-500 g (you can mix different varieties of fish, a mixture of white meat of different fish)
-1 onion (large)

-1 liter of broth (vegetable or chicken, you can use water)
– Fish fillet minced with onion (pre-fried to a transparent state), add the egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste and how to mix the minced meat.
– We moisten hands with cold water and form the cutlets in a preheated oil in a pan. Fry from both sides to ruddy color and lay out in a saucepan.
– Separately mix the broth, add cream and sour cream to it. Having thickened it by adding a spoonful of flour, whisk it with a whisk. Pour the cutlets, add peppercorns and bay leaf, simmer over low heat for 35-45 minutes.
-Cutters with gravy can be like a main course, and can be served in company with rice, pasta, cereals and potatoes.
The taste is almost absent fish and is very close to chicken meat. I recommend a very tender and tasty dish.
