Dumplings with strawberries

2 cups of flour
1 egg
0.5 cups milk
3 tbsp. spoons of water
1 tsp vegetable oil
500 g strawberries
0.5 cup sugar
1 tsp. Starch
a pinch of salt
Cooking process
Sift flour into the bowl and make a well in it. Drive 1 egg in there. Mix milk with water and add to egg with flour. Add vegetable oil and salt there. Knead the dough. The dough should not be sticky, it should be elastic and soft. Cover the dough with a towel and leave alone for about 30 minutes.
Filling. Wash, peel and dry the strawberries. Small berries can be left whole, and large cut into pieces. Stir sugar with starch. Starch will absorb the extra juice and will not allow it to flow out of the dough in the process of cooking dumplings. When the dough will stand 30 mimuth need to knead again and roll out on a floured table. Cut circles (it is possible with a glass) with a diameter of about 8 cm. In the middle of each varenichka put a small portion of strawberries and sprinkle half a teaspoonful of starch-sugar mixture.
Cover the edges of the dumplings firmly so that strawberry juice does not flow. Dumplings with strawberries dipped in a little salted boiling water. They will emerge, then cook them for another 5-7 minutes. During the cooking process it is necessary to mix the dumplings with a spoon or a poker. Serve with sour cream, butter, and you can also with yogurt or condensed milk.
