Chinese New Year 2021

Dauphine Potatoes


Potatoes – 1 kg
Cream 11% – 1.5 tbsp.
Cheese – 150 g
Salt – to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic – 1 clove
Butter – 1 tbsp.
Nutmeg – 1 pinch
Egg – 1 pc.
Green onions – to taste

Grease a baking dish with grated garlic and butter.
Wash and peel potatoes. Then cut into slices 2 millimeters thick and put in shape.
In the cream, add the egg, half of grated cheese, nutmeg, salt, pepper and mix.
Pour mixture of potatoes.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Put the dish with potatoes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 45-50 minutes.
Serve hot with chopped onions. Enjoy your meal!
