Cutlets with potatoes in sauce

Ingredients:

Minced meat – 400 g,
bow,
garlic,
a loaf soaked in milk,
salt,
pepper.

Cooking:

Cook the mincemeat like patties. Divide the meat into balls, roll each ball in flour. Lay with greased vegetable oil form.
Put potatoes in the middle.
Smear the potatoes lightly with vegetable oil and sprinkle with spices.
Bake at 220 * 15 minutes.
While baking, prepare the sauce:
3 tbsp. sour cream mixed with 1 tbsp. ketchup, add about 120 ml of water, salt, pepper.
Pour the sauce over burgers and bake for another 30 minutes.
