1 glass of milk
400 gr. Sahara
100 gr. chocolate
3 glasses of cream (33% fat)
Separate the whites from the yolks
In a saucepan, mix the yolks with milk and sugar. Add the broken chocolate.
Mixture put in a water bath. Stir occasionally until it thickens.
Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool.
Cream whip in a strong foam. With a wooden spatula, stir the cream into the chocolate-egg mixture
Mix for chocolate ice cream is ready. Pour it into shape and put in the fridge
