To prepare this dish you will need:
Pita – 6 sheets
Chicken Breasts – 500 g
Cabbage – 0.5 head
Crushed peanuts or cashews – 2 tbsp. l
Boiled or canned beans – 100 g
Basil – bunch
Parsley – bunch
Honey – 1 tbsp. l
Lime – 1 pc.
Ground black pepper
Chicken breast extinguish in soy sauce until tender. When the meat has cooled, cut it into small pieces. Chop the cabbage, cover it with honey mixed with lime juice, add a little thinly sliced lime peel there. Sprinkle nuts and mix with beans.
Mix the cabbage-bean mixture with chicken pieces, add the finely chopped greens and for about ten minutes, stir over a small fire under the lid. Salt and pepper. Our filling is ready.
Wrap the mixture in sheets of pita bread and warm it in a frying pan for about 5 minutes under the lid. Done! Enjoy your meal!
