Chicken stuffed with zucchini in the oven

You will need:

1 chicken
1 lemon
20 g mint leaves
50 grams of almond
100 g Parmesan
100 g zucchini
2 teaspoons mustard
salt
How to cook:

Prepare the chicken stuffing. In a blender, chop almonds, cheese and mint. Squash the zucchini on a large grater, and lemon zest on a fine grater.

Stir until smooth. Gently lift the skin on the breast and fill the resulting pocket with minced meat. Stuff tightly, but so as not to break the integrity of the skin. Inside the chicken put half a lemon.
Smear the chicken with a thin layer of mustard and salt. Put in a baking bag and bake in the oven at 180-190 degrees until cooked.
