Chicken Breasts in Cream Cheese Sauce

Chicken fillet – 400 gr.
Cheese (processed) – 100 gr.
Cream – 150 ml.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l
Mack – 1 tbsp. l
Salt and pepper.

Grate each chicken fillet with salt and spices.
Leave it on for 20-30 minutes to salt out.
Heat the cream over low heat and add cheese and poppy to them.
Stir in the sauce until the cheese is completely melted.
Heat oil on high heat and fry breasts on it.
Fry each breast on both sides until golden brown.
Roast meat cut into small slices.
Grease a baking sheet with oil and spread slices of chicken meat on it.
Pour them with cheese sauce, salt and pepper.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake chicken breasts in it for about 20-30 minutes.
