Chicken and mushroom julienne in tartlets

cream 20% 500 ml
Chicken Breast 400 g
champignons 400 g
cream cheese 300 g
onions 2 heads
flour 2 tbsp.


1 For cooking julienne, boil chicken meat in salted water, then cut it into small pieces. Fry mushrooms in vegetable oil with onions. Then mix the chicken and mushrooms, pour with cream, sprinkle with flour and simmer on low heat until thickened.
2 Put the filling on tartlets, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and put in the oven for baking for 15 minutes. When the cheese is browned, the julienne tartlets are ready.
