For cooking you will need:
500g cottage cheese;
300g sour cream;
Sugar to taste (I took 3 tablespoons);
30 grams of gelatin;
Any seasonal fruits (I have a banana and strawberries);
Sour cream mixed with 1.5 tbsp sugar.
Curd to grind with 1.5 tablespoons of sugar.
Cottage cheese mix with sour cream. Good grind. Gelatin diluted as indicated on the package, and add to the curd mass.
At the bottom of the split form lay out the fruit. Pour over the curd mass and put in the fridge until it solidifies.
