1 cup flour,
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp baking powder,
1/4 tsp soda,
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
half a cup of sugar.
400 g of cottage cheese,
300 g dried apricots,
1 tbsp. (with a slide) of gelatin,
500 ml orange juice,
sugar – to taste.
First bake a sponge cake: beat eggs with sugar and honey
Mix flour with baking powder and soda.
Add flour and butter to dough, knead thoroughly
The resulting dough is poured into a mold and baked for 30-40 minutes (until dry toothpicks). Biscuit sue cut into two cakes.

Then lay a layer of dried apricots on top, using it to 3/4. The next layer is put again cottage cheese. Then the second cake. On top of the cake pour the remaining mass of dried apricots.
