A great dessert option for both adults and children! Perfect for tea and coffee. Cakes look quite impressive, so they can be easily prepared for the holiday. The dough is tender, and the filling perfectly complements it. I definitely recommend trying out the recipe at home! 🙂

Smash the eggs in a bowl and beat well with sugar. Separately mix the butter and sour cream, add salt and soda to this mixture, then add the egg-sugar mixture. Stir.
Sift flour into a bowl and mix everything carefully. Give the dough to rest for 15 minutes. We form balls from the finished dough and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-25 minutes.
On the bottom of each billet we cut a groove for the filling and lay there condensed milk mixed with crumb from the cake layers.
Combine the halves of peaches, dip each in carrot and beet juice, then sprinkle with sugar. Cake “Peaches” is ready, bon appetit!
