My favorite cake!
Ingredients and cooking:
200g grind margarine with
1 cup of sugar, rubbing one by one
4 yolks +
a half cup flour,
2 tbsp. l cocoa and
1h l soda slaked with vinegar.
The dough is not liquid and not thick.
Bake 3 cakes, t180g. 15-20 min.
4 whipped protein with 1.5 cups of sugar and bake 2 cakes. For a good result, bake cakes separately: 2 proteins + 135 g sugar. Preheat oven to 180 gr., Put the dough and immediately reduce the temperature to 120 gr. Oven 1 hour 20 minutes.
Cream: 2 cups of poppy grind + 1 cup of sugar – pour boiling water "by eye" so that the mass is steamed (approximately 1 cup). Cool to room temperature. 500 g of butter, beat up and add a little poppy mass.
Sequence: brown cake + cream + nuts + meringue cake + cream + nuts, etc.
Top with chocolate fudge: 4 tbsp. sugar + 3 tbsp. cocoa + 2 supplementary tablespoons l. separator cream + 2 tbsp. butter. All grind and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
