For the test will require:
– 0.5 liters of kefir
– 1,5- 2 glasses of sugar
– 2 eggs
– 2 cups of flour
– 0.5 tsp. soda
– 3 tbsp. honey
1. Mix the flour, sugar and eggs, pour kefir. Add honey, mix, add soda, mix again. Dough is ready.
2. Pour into a buttered form a bit of dough. For the same size of the cakes, I used the ladle. It turned out 2 1/3 of the ladle on one cake.
3. Sent to the oven 190С. In general, as always – focus on readiness.
4. The skin should redden, and the top should stop being sticky. I got 6 cake layers. Do not fold the finished cakes on each other, may stick together.
5. The cream can be used any – custard, sour cream, etc. I have sour cream.
6. Cake grease with cream, the sides of the cake, too, do not forget. Make a cake at will.
7. Send to the refrigerator soak. The longer it stays, the better it will be saturated.
