Cabbage cutlets – quickly, simply and very tasty


1 onion
1 kg of cabbage
0.5 tbsp. semolina
cooking oil for frying
greens (i have dill)
2 tooth. garlic
0.5 tbsp. flour


1. Cut the cabbage into 4 parts and cook in salted water for 8-10 minutes.

2. Throw cabbage into a colander, mince and squeeze to remove water.

3. On a fine grater, rub the onion and pass the garlic through a press garlic.

4. Dill finely chopped.

5. To the cabbage add onions, garlic and herbs. Salt, season with spices to taste.

6. Add flour, semolina, mix thoroughly.

7. Form patties from this mass, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil until crisp golden brown.
