Brussels sprouts with mushrooms

You will need:

Brussels sprouts – 500 g,
champignons – 300 g,
onion – 1-2 pcs,
garlic – 2 cloves,
flour – 1 tablespoon,
vegetable broth or water – 300-400 ml,
parsley,
lemon juice – 1 tsp,
vegetable oil – 4-5 tablespoons,
salt,
freshly ground pepper

How to cook:

Cook the cabbage in salted water with lemon juice for 10 minutes. Throw it in a colander.

Onions clean and chop finely or half rings. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, put the mushrooms and a little salt. Fry champignons, stirring, until the moisture evaporates.

Add another 1 tablespoon of oil and fry until light golden. Remove the champignons from the pan, using a spoon with holes, so that the oil remains in the pan.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of oil, lay out onions, salted and roasted, on a minimum or medium heat, until soft. Combine onion with champignons, add chopped garlic and mix.

Sprinkle mushrooms with onion flour and stir. Pour in the broth or water and cook the sauce until thick.

Add cabbage, salt and pepper and cook for another 5 minutes so that the vegetables absorb the sauce.
