You will need:
3 beef medallions,
3-4 strips of bacon
20 g of rum or brandy
1 clove garlic,
20 grams of butter,
freshly ground black pepper
How to cook:
Slightly beat off pieces of meat in order to make the meat soft.
Wrap each piece with a strip of bacon and fix it with a rope.
Salt and pepper.
Heat the pan well and pour a small amount of olive oil into it. Put the meat on the pan and press it well. Fire so about 2 minutes.
Turn over and fry on the other hand, also about two minutes. Do not move the pieces during frying, otherwise a good tasty crust does not form.
Roast the meat from the sides, about a couple of minutes, and add crushed garlic and butter to the pan.
