Banana-caramel cake-shifter

Banana and caramel are a wonderful couple, and in a company with soft cupcake dough they become a perfect union.

You will need:

Dough:
100 grams of soft butter
100 grams of sugar
1 large egg
100 gr flour
1/2 h l baking powder
50 ml of milk
1/2 hl vanilla extract

Filling:
2 small bananas

Caramel:
50 grams of butter
150 g brown sugar
1/2 hl cinnamon

How to cook:

1. For the dough – beat butter with sugar until fluffy white mass, add an egg and beat again, add vanilla extract. Sift flour with baking powder. Add to the dough 1/2 volume of flour, stir, pour in the milk, stir and add the remaining flour. Mix well.

2. For caramel, in a frying pan over medium heat, heat the butter and sugar until the grains of sugar dissolve, until the mass is homogeneous. Add cinnamon.

3. Pour the caramel to the bottom of the form. Top bananas (cut lengthwise or transversely, in slices, 0.5 cm thick). Spread dough over bananas.

4. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 *. Let the prepared cake stand in the form for 3 minutes and turn it over on the dish, so that the bananas are on top.
