You will need:
Potatoes – 6 pieces
Salt to taste
Garlic 4 cloves
Cumin leaves – 1 tsp
Fresh rosemary – 1/2 tsp
How to cook:
Cut the potatoes in half and put in a saucepan. Fill with water and fill salt. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and boil until soft for about 10 minutes. Drain the water and put the potatoes back into the pot.
Add olive oil, slightly mashed, but not peeled garlic cloves, chopped cumin and rosemary. Stir well and let cool.
Lay out 4 sheets of foil on a work surface and spread on each potato and so that a clove of garlic lay in each serving. Wrap the foil and leave at room temperature for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 200 gr. Put the bags on a baking sheet and put in the oven for about 15 minutes, turning until the potatoes are warm.
Put it on the plates and gently open the foil. Serve it.
