Baked ham in the sleeve

• Pork neck 1000 g
• Salt 1 tbsp. l
• Black pepper peas 10 pcs.
• Ground red pepper 1 tsp.
• Water 1 l
• Bay leaf 3 pcs.

Cooking method:
1) For cooking ham in the sleeve will need: pork (pulp, neck), salt, pepper, red pepper, ground black pepper, bay leaf and water.
2) Cooking marinade. To do this, pour water into the pan. Put the salt in the ratio: 1 liter of water – 1 tbsp. l salt. As well as bay leaf and peppercorns. You can add cloves, coriander and your other favorite spices. Marinade bring to a boil, cook for 5-7 minutes and turn off. Then completely cool.
3) Pork dipped in marinade and put in the cold for a while from 3 to 24 hours.
4) After the pork is well marinated, sprinkle it with spices: black and red ground pepper, herbs and other spices to your taste.
5) Place the meat in a roasting sleeve, put it in a frying pan and put it in an oven, preheated to 190 ° C.
6) In 60-80 minutes, the baked ham will be ready. It is enough to pierce it with a wooden stick or knife to make sure it is soft.
