Baked chicken with apples – recipe:
Wash the chicken well and process it, removing feathers and drying. One clove of garlic cut into large pieces. Squeeze juice out of lemon.
Mix vegetable oil with mustard and beat with a blender until mayonnaise. Add the rest of the ingredients: chopped garlic, lemon juice, spices, sugar, salt and mix well. Use the mixture to thoroughly wipe the chicken inside and out, wrap the chicken with cling film and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Wash apples, cut into several parts, clean from seeds. Cut the bulb into 4 parts. Garlic skip through the garlic.
Put the garlic, onion and apples inside the marinated chicken. The chicken is sewn with a thick thread so that during baking nothing will fall out. Tie the legs with a string, put the wings together or also tie them together so that they do not get burned during baking.
Put the prepared chicken on a baking sheet. It is not necessary to lubricate, because A sufficient amount of fat will be released from the chicken. Send the pan to the oven heated to 200 ° C for 2 hours. Every 20-30 minutes, water the chicken with the juice and fat that has accumulated on the baking sheet – this way it is better covered with a golden crust.
