Description of preparation:
These rolls are good because you can use absolutely any fruit in your filling. Fresh fruits can be caramelized beforehand. You can decorate the rolls with powdered sugar, chocolate icing or crumb.

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Heat oven to 190 degrees.
To prepare the dough, combine the sugar with the eggs and beat until white.
Sift the flour and, without ceasing, beat the eggs with sugar, add in small portions.
Beat dough at medium speed until fluffy.
Heat the form cover with parchment. Spread the dough, spread evenly and send to the oven. Baking biscuits takes about 15 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick or a match, it must be completely dry.
While baking the dough, you can do the filling. Gelatin pour a little water and mix.
Combine the jam, I – peach, with gelatin and put on fire. Warm up a little, stirring constantly, not boiling.
Remove from heat, beat with a mixer until smooth. The filling is ready.
Grease it with a fruit filling.
Gently roll the roll, wrap in parchment and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
For serving, I use chocolate chips and cookies. Cut the roll into small pieces, roll each in crumb.
Rolls with fruit filling are ready, serve to the table. Have a nice tea party!
