From this amount of products you will get two small round pizzas or one large rectangular. The pizza is thin, the dough is great, there is a lot of it, there is no need for proofing. I like this recipe, I try others, but I always come back to it. Delicious thin pizza is always a welcome guest on our table!

1. Prepare the products. Chicken fillet suitable boiled or fried, you can grill as you like. I make pizza with fried chicken in spices. For sauce, mix ketchup and mayonnaise.
2. Cook the dough first. To do this, dissolve sugar, salt and fresh pressed yeast in warm milk.
3. Pour the sifted flour.
4. Knead a soft dough. It sticks slightly to the hands, but it is already going well in whom. Cover it with a clean and dry cloth, place in a warm place for 30 minutes.
5. During this time, prepare the filling: cut the chicken, sweet pepper, onion, mushrooms. Grate the cheese, I use a fine grater.
6. Divide the dough into two parts. Lubricate the form of butter, roll out the dough in a circle, put in a form, grease 2 tbsp. l the sauce.
7. Distribute half the entire filling. Leave the other half for the second pizza.
8. Top the pizza with grated cheese.
9. Bake pizza at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
10. Cut hot and try!
