Description of preparation:
Cooked chicken rolls with cucumber can be for everyday table, and for any holiday. Delicate, juicy and very tasty, they will surely please everyone. You can serve them yourself or with any side dish. I propose to present this appetizing dish on slices of fried oranges. Fruits emphasize the tenderness of chicken fillet and spice up. Try it!

Prepare all the ingredients.
Separate the meat from the bones, if you do not use the already prepared fillet (I have breast) and chop with a blender or meat grinder.
Add the minced egg, starch, chopped as finely onions, salt and spices to taste.
Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Chop the greens, cut off the “noses” and “tails” of cucumbers, if they are not cut. Ideal gherkins, you can take a small pickled cucumbers. If you have only large ones, just cut them into 3-4 pieces. Now that everything is ready, we begin to collect rolls. If you have a silicone mat, make rolls on it – very convenient! For each roll pour about 1 tbsp. l crackers and put on them the stuffing, give it with wet hands to form a cake.
Sprinkle minced greens and parsley. Put a cucumber on the edge.
Gently roll up the roll, roll it again in breadcrumbs and give any shape you like, such as sausages or bricks.
Thus, form all the rolls and fry them from two sides until cooked in a well heated pan. About 4 minutes on each side will be enough.
You can serve the rolls yourself or with any side dish. I propose to serve rolls on oranges. To do this, cut the oranges into circles, about 5-7 mm thick and fry on both sides in a dry cast iron pan. We spread on each circle of orange on a roll and serve to the table. Very tasty and juicy! Enjoy your meal!
